Hagi no Tsuyu Amadare Ishi wo Ugatsu - Tokubetsu Junmai

The name of sake is a Japanese proverb which translates to “a constant rain weathers the stone”. This sake is brewed by a traditional method known as tomizu-jikomi that dates back to the Edo Period, means less water is used than modern brewing methods to make the sake stronger.
