PS: The name Sandor is the Hungarian version of Alexander. This happy cidre is dedicated to the lovely son of Bianka and Daniel.

Mixed apple varieties of small, tannic and big, juicy apples were used.
After pressing, the fermentation took about 3 months in the tank.
In the last quarter of fermentation, the bottles were filled and fermented to the end.
The whole process took about 6 months and the Sandor was not disgorged.
